I am in the medical field and had the opportunity to see examples of Dr. Zenn’s expertise in reconstructive surgery over the course of many (10+) years. At the time I had no plans to pursue cosmetic surgery but I knew if I did ever decide or need to undergo this type of surgery, Dr. Zenn would be my choice. I did ultimately make the decision to pursue breast augmentation and now a year out I am able to speak from a patient perspective. I can truly say that i had the best experience. From the caring and flexibility of his staff, especially Cindy, facilitating my appointments from initial consultation through surgery and post-op, working with my schedule as I had to travel in from out of town, and assisting me in feeling comfortable with my decision. I am so grateful for Dr. Zenn’s excellent bedside manner, surgical expertise and caring, I could not have asked for a better experience. I was nervous about pursuing an elective surgery but I felt reassured that I was in such good hands with Dr. Zenn and his team, he calmed my nerves going into surgery and my experience was flawless including Post-op care and follow-up. I really can’t say enough good about Dr. Zenn and his staff. I had a breast augmentation with fat grafting after feeling somewhat “deflated” from breastfeeding 3 kids. The fat grafting was key in the outcome being so great as I am quite thin and it added upper breast fullness and a much more natural appearing result. He is first and foremost a very skilled surgeon, but also adequately listens to what you want before recommending your treatment. Dr. Zenn’s bedside manner is excellent. His clinic is clean, modern, comfortable. His staff are also irreplaceable. They’re incredibly accommodating and committed to customer service and helping in any way they can. I actually brought 3 toddlers in for one of my follow ups. Cindy came in and played with them during my encounter so I could talk to Dr. Zenn. I called to make my consultation appointment for a breast augmentation with the mindset that I would not actually go through with it. I had wanted to do it for YEARS but I was always too scared to actually do it.

After talking to the Patient Care Coordinator Cindy on the phone, I hung up thinking, “Wow, this really IS a good idea!” Once I met Dr. Zenn and his nurse Lissa, I definitely knew I wanted to go through with it. They are amazing! Dr. Zenn is so knowledgeable and well respected in his field. He is very compassionate as well and really listened to me and what I wanted. I even called with a question about my upcoming surgery on Labor Day not knowing if the office was open or not. I told the answering service that I would just call back the next day; my question could wait. Within minutes, Dr. Zenn had returned my call. What doctor takes the time to do that? Lissa called the Friday before my plastic surgery procedure and told me that if I needed to call her at all that weekend, I could. And she really meant it! The surgery went smoothly and Dr. Zenn called to check on me that evening. My only regret? I did not do it earlier. I highly recommend Dr. Zenn for any procedure you may be contemplating. I am still in awe of my results. What a huge improvement! I had such a fast recovery and I was back in the gym doing my regular CrossFit workouts in 3 weeks, weights, gymnastics, and all! As a lawyer who represents health providers, I put a lot of thought and consideration into even having surgery and then who I trusted to perform it. Dr. Zenn initially performed eyelid surgery, with a brow lift and fat grafting to fill in the hollows in my face. The results were beyond my expectations…I looked natural and refreshed and felt so confident in Dr. Zenn as a surgeon and his staff. So much so, I returned several months later for a breast augmentation which, again could not have gone smoother. Dr. Zenn is conscientious in his work and empathetic in his demeanor.
