Patient 4 – This 60-year-old patient nicely demonstrates the power of adding volume back to the face with fat grafting in addition to lifting procedures. First, we addressed the eye area with an endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and fat grafting around the eyes. A facelift and facial fat grafting followed this in a separate surgery. These are the photos before her procedures and one and a half years later. She looks rested, healthy and fabulous!
