Patient 16 - This 58 year-old did not like his lower eyelid bags that had been present for over a decade. He looked tired and if he was not smiling, people thought he was unhappy. He had removal of lower eyelid skin and fat, lower lid tightening to maintain his eye shape, and fat grafting to his eyebrows and cheeks to soften the gaunt and bony appearance common with aging . This is his 7-week follow up. He looks refreshed and decidedly not tired. The fat grafting has softened and re-volumized his face without making him “fat” or appear “surgical”. He now looks happy without smiling!
