Patient 6 – This 57-year-old was unhappy with the appearance of her eyes. On exam she was noted to have very weak bone support without much cheek prominence. This lack of support allowed her eyelid fat to escape onto the cheek giving her a tired and aged appearance. She also had some hooding. Dr. Zenn performed an endoscopic browlift, upper blepharoplasty, lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty with support of the cheek and eyelid with silicone cheek implants. One can see in her results at 8 months that there is more cheek fullness which supports the lower lid and prevents recurrence of the lower eyelid bags.
