Patient 6 – This 15-year-old boy had significant breast development (gynecomastia) which made him avoid exposing his chest in the locker room and the beach. Dr. Zenn performed chest liposuction of 225cc then directly removed 57 grams of breast tissue from the right and 59 grams from the left, all through a lower areolar incision. This is his 5-month result. Note he has thick hypertrophic scars spotting his chest from previous injury but the areolar scar from this surgery healed beautifully and can barely be seen.
