Patient 4 – This 20-year-old man had significant chest asymmetry, largely due to his different breast development (gynecomastia) on each side. Dr. Zenn performed direct removal of 70 grams of breast tissue from the left side only through a lower areolar incision. Shown 2 months post-surgery with greatly improved symmetry and flatness of his chest.
