Patient 1 – This 12-year-old boy with significant breast development (gynecomastia) was being teased by others at school. Dr. Zenn performed chest liposuction of 800cc then directly removed 70 grams of breast tissue from the right and 50 grams from the left, all through a lower areolar incision. This is his 5-month result. He now plays outside shirtless!
