Patient 5 - This is a 51-year-old who had breast cancer and had her nipple-sparing mastectomy on the right through an incision in the fold of her breast. She was reconstructed with a 445cc implant to match her natural breast. She had some visible rippling of the skin due to thin skin after her mastectomy, which was corrected ten months after her surgery with secondary fat grafting of 53cc from her hips.
First view is before surgery. The second view is ten months after nipple sparing mastectomy, with visible rippling and deformity of the chest above the breast from aggressive mastectomy. The third view is her final result, 2 months after fat grafting to resolve the ripples and fill in the chest wall deformities.
