Breast Implant Removal Gallery Patient 380682

This is a 55-year-old who had history of severe contractures of her left breast augmentation. Her first augmentation was at age 34 with saline, subpectoral implants (left 480cc, right 500cc). 15 years later, she had her first surgery for contracture on the left. She was a C cup and just wanted her implants out and be done with contractures. She had implant removal, skin removal at the breast fold, and fat grafting to the subcutaneous layer of the breasts (left 53cc, right 72cc). She underwent further fat grafting 8 months later (left 51cc, right 39cc).
