Breast Implant Removal Gallery Patient 588774

This 61-year old had silicone breast implants placed 39 years earlier and had a recent
MRI that showed implant rupture. She had severe contracture with firm large breasts and just
wanted the implants removed. She had en-bloc removal of all silicone material with all scar
tissue. The breasts were reshaped with skin removal around the areola and at the breast fold
and volume was replaced with 186ccs of fat grafting within the pectoralis muscle and in the
subcutaneous space.
