Breast Implant Removal Gallery Patient 394458

This 54 year old underwent a breast augmentation with subfascial placement of silicone implants (left 250cc, right 275 cc) and an anchor-type breast lift at age 40 and presents with a firm and contracted right breast. She wanted her implants out and was agreeable to a more natural appearing, soft, smaller breast size. She underwent implant and silicone removal, a re-tightening of her anchor and areolar scars, and 30 cc of fat grafting per side to create a more natural appearing and more symmetric breasts.
