This is a 36 year-old who had a breast augmentation (subpectoral, silicone, left 320cc, right 300cc) 10 years earlier. Since then, she had two children and her breasts had enlarged and she did not like being so big. She noted being asymmetric before her augmentation and had different size implants. She wished to have them removed and reshaped. She also presented with large areola and breast droop. She underwent implant removal, reshaping of her breasts with an areolar and anchor pattern skin removal, and fat grafting in the subcutaneous and subpectoral spaces (left 62cc, right 58cc).
Her three month post-operative photos are shown. Scars are still red and can take up to a year to fade in some patients.
