Breast Augmentation Gallery Patient 294469

This 37-year old mother of three presented with deflated A cup breasts, having been
as large as a C cup during pregnancy. She had a periareolar approach to a subfascial
augmentation with 320cc silicone implants. Her right natural breast fold was interrupted by her
prominent rib cage on this side, which also made her right implant look bigger and more
projecting during surgery. These issues were corrected with 35cc of fat grafting. These are her
