Patient 8 - This is a 42-year-old with very low body fat percentage who had a periareolar approach to a subfascial breast augmentation with supplemental fat grafting from her back and inner thighs.  These are her results 2 months after surgery with 225cc high profile round smooth silicone implants and 26cc of fat placed on the right and 22cc placed on the left.  Normally in such a thin muscular chest the implants would be quite obvious.  Note how the fat grafting hides the upper and inner parts of the implants from being seen and give a natural soft transition from chest to breast.
