Patient 5 – This 30-year-old woman had 285cc silicone implants placed over the muscle (subfascial) with a periareolar approach. Additionally, she had fat grafting in the upper rib cage and cleavage area to smooth the transition from chest to the implant. These are her pre-op and two month follow up photos.
