Patient 5 - This 42-year-old had breast augmentation 20 years prior and wanted her implants out and more natural appearing smaller breasts. She underwent removal, and at the same time, 66cc of fat was placed to replace the emptiness resulting from the removal of the implant. She was happy with her result and two years later decided to have a tummy tuck with liposuction of her hips. During this procedure, an additional 120cc of fat from the hips was placed to enhance the breasts further.
